I am glad to see that in the meantime this problem has been addressed
upstream and is resolved in Maverick.
To get rid of the described freezing-effect, set the parameter WMServer RTSP
dialect as follows:
- Goto Tools - Preferences [or Ctrl-P]
- Set Show settings to All (in the lower left
