Binary package hint: lxterminal

When opening LXTerminal console window, the title bar is grey.   The
min/max/quit 'buttons' are not displayed.   The window cannot be moved
by the mouse (cursor) unless you resize the window.   When you resize,
the title bar gets 'messed up' as displayed in the example image.

Other apps work as expected (e.g. Galculator, Leafpad etc.).
