According to http://kdesvn.alwins-world.de/ticket/92 this should be fixed in
0.9.x, so since Ubuntu Feisty.
Feel free to reopen if you still have this problem.

Confirmed in my installation also.
kdesvn as packaged with Edgy will cause a crash in kded, effectively
making kdesvn unusable with the distro.

As I was new to bug submitting, I reported a duplicate of this bug
(62823). The author of kdesvn provides a fix for this, so please upgrade
as soon as possible.
