This bug reports targets Firefox Bon Echo in Edgy Eft development
versions.
The same bug exists in the Dapper version of Firefox (Bug #50402). IIRC,
it also existed in Breezy. Another bug (Bug #43483) is related.
The Firefox default home page (displayed when Firefox is first installed or
updated) is:

This page contains a link to:

The is file is, however, stored in a different location:
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/C/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/wonderful-linux.html
Many users stumble on this bug within a few minutes of installing
Firefox. It does not reflect well on the quality of the distribution
which they soon learn is excellent. It is disappointing that this bug is
so persistent.
