What is happening is that the disk check is occuring prior to bringing
up the interfaces. This is by design as the disk needs to be in read-
only mode and dhcp needs to be able to write files to the disk. Marking
Won't Fix.

The behaviour that was causing the problem has not occurred lately, I
assume that the some where along the way whatever was causing me grief
has been resolved.
