Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
When I boot up Lucid from the Grub menu, I get a blank screen. I don't
even get to see the splash screen.
After rebooting, I edit the boot entry and appended "nomodeset". This
workaround lets me boot into GNOME with no problems whatsoever, so I
suspect there is a problem with KMS.
