ubuntulooks has been depricated. It is no longer developed in Ubuntu or
as an upstream project. It has been superseded by gtk2-engines-murrine
since intrepid, and it has been removed from the archive in lucid. Due
to this, I am closing this bug as Won't Fix.
The upstream bug report claims that
Even in Clearlooks the column headers are shown as a different size to those
other TreeView widgets.
In some themes (Murrine, Human, Crux, ...) the deviations are very clear. The
rest of Evolution's interface is generally clean, so it is sad that it is made
inconsistent by this effect -
This is an issue in the Human theme, as this doesn't occur if the
Clearlooks theme is selected.

I have added a GNOME bugwatch, but the GNOME bug seems a bit wrong. For
instance, Component should be Gal, and Severity should be
Enhancement.

Notice that the column headers in the preferences dialog don't have the
same bubbly appearance as the column headers for the message list.

Thanks for your bug. The widget are differents, you can dnd those
columns by example. I'm not sure that's an issue.Marking as an upstream
wishlish. If anybody want to speak with them about that you are welcome

The ability to drag and drop the columns to rearrange them is of course
not an issue, since it's an added feature above and beyond regular
column headers. But previous releases of Evolution have had the same
capability, while looking just like regular column
The bug has not been forwarded upstream. I've opened an upstream task so
the bug is listed as to forward for contributors who wants to work on
that. The desktop is too busy to spend time on such tiny details at the
moment, the columns look nice like that, not sure the difference with
other apps is
