dpkg --list checkbox*
2- Install the debsums package and verify the checkbox package:
sudo apt-get install debsums

sorry about that, so :
1 - I installed Lucid on my computer, i was trying to open checkbox.
2 - I was expecting checkbox to open.
3 - checkbox wont start and it gives an error [see the log].
