Hi I think this is a locale related issue. I use tr_TR.UTF-8 locale and
it effects many applications:
$ locale
LANG=tr_TR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=tr_TR:en
LC_CTYPE=tr_TR.UTF-8
LC_NUMERIC=tr_TR.UTF-8
LC_TIME=tr_TR.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE=tr_TR.UTF-8
LC_MONETARY=tr_TR.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES=tr_TR.UTF-8
I have still got this problem.

Resetting to new again, as I'm out of ideas why this would happen if the
crashdb.conf is fine.

can you attach the files in /etc/apport/crashdb.conf.d/ please?
