Binary package hint: update-manager
After upgrade from Lucid to Maverick non-English locale in VT and in recovery
console is broken. In VT instead of Russian symbols displayed white rectangles.
Tested on Russian installation of Kubuntu Lucid upgraded to Maverick today.
