Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Ubuntu version: 6.06.1 Expected: Dim on battery should decrease the brighness of screen when on battery power. Actual: Two separate states/levels of brightness are maintained, one for AC power, one for battery power. Removing AC power just switches screen brightness to corresponding (battery power) level. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Tags added: dapper laptop -- Dim on battery doesn't work as expected [HP NX 6120] https://launchpad.net/bugs/63574 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
