When it starts self-switching just kill gnome-settings and layouts would
behave. But as a side effect theme goes boom too.

Up, up.. time goes and the problem is not fixed with updates. I keep getting
this issue over and over again.
Hoping that atleast RC will get this problem fixed.

Up, still experiencing this problem running latest updates. Makes the
system almost unusable with bugs like this appearing every hour and
forcing me to log out. When computer enters screensaver, i can notice
that the layout keeps changing many many times (Like 20 times in a
second).
