I suggest to mark this bug as obsolete : since it has been opened, more than
twenty versions have been released.

To manage
With Oneiric, I cannot launch nautilus-actions-config-tool.
Launching from unity results with no window.
Launching from a terminal yields to the following message:
luc@icone:~$ nautilus-actions-config-tool
Trappe pour point d'arrêt et de trace
Note: Unity Desktop language is French

After several seconds, it says :
Another instance of the application is already running. Please switch back to
it.
But there is no another instance already running. Even after a reboot
it shows this message.
