After a month no response from submitter received. The error does not
occur on dapper or feisty. Edgy also has a newer package then the one
that is referred to. Therefore the bug is closed now. Please feel free
to reopen if new information is available.

Have tested this with dapper and feisty. Neither shows this problem.
Please provide more information to reproduce the problem.
i.e. ubuntu version, python version installed. list of packages
installed.

the package depends on python-central (= 0.5.6), which depends on
python (= 2.3.4-10), so the pyversions script should be available. what
am I missing?
