Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Installing maverick from an USB Key (sdb), the installer first asked me
if it can unmount some partition on sdb and then when choosing to
install Ubuntu on my disk it selected this usb key instead of my brand
new hard disk (sda).

The installer should be smart enough to figure out that i shouldn't
unmount the media where it is actually stored and not to choose the
default installation disk as it's own media.
