I removed pulseaudio and installed esound but nothing changed. I think
the problem is about alsa driver.

i have the same Problem too. I can only fixed, if I kill pulseaudio.
Then the sound works excellent. I use the final version and not the RC

Ok, I played for a while with the 2 parameters, rebooting after each change to
be sure that the changes are taken into account.
The bug (cracks every ~10 seconds) was still present, even for the 2 extreme
sets of parameters below :

This is really a sound driver problem. You may be able to work around
it by adjusting default-fragments and default-fragment-size-msec in
default.pa.

I forgot to mention that I don't have this bug in Ubuntu9.10. (which I
use in dual-boot). I did not try 10.04 as I was not able to install it.
Currently in 10.10 I have the default parameters in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf :
default-fragments = 8
default-fragment-size-msec = 10
