I seem to be getting huge memory leaks too. Daemon blows up to 4gb and
locks up the server :(
According to: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/1362 it's libtorrent-
rasterbar-0.15.3, the 0.15.2 is apparently ok.

libtorrent-rasterbar that hopefully fixes the issue. If we can get
confirmation that it works, we can hopefully get it into
