Public bug reported:
When you go with lynx on a site with cookie, and lynx ask you what to do with
cookies in another language than english, the access key defined is not
handled.........
in french the question is "Accepter? (O/N/Toujours/Jamais)" rather than
"Allow? (Y/N/Always/neVer)" in english.
but lynx didn't understand when you press "O" or "T",....
