I rebuilt mountall-2.15.2 for maverick, downgraded from 2.19 and
rebooted. This fixes the looping problem.

A second reboot and it loops again. I now have NO idea what's going on.

Same problem exists in mountall-2.19 on Maverick - which caused complete
failure during upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10.

Downgrading mountall from 2.15.3 to 2.15.2 and rebooting the server
solves the issue.
