I only backup my files (calendar, etc) with gnome-pilot and let Gnome display the appointments in the calendar. I don't use Evolution for anything at all (although I have to let it run ones to include the info in the gnome calendar). That looks like the reason I don't see you crash. -- gpilotd

I set my sync options to copy from PDA, and got a crash while syncing the calendar conduit. I did not have trouble with a copy from PDA in the address or memo conduits. I tried downgrading to the Edgy package and produced the same crashes. So it seems to be a bug in the evolution calendar
