Public bug reported:
mail-notification-evolution should wait for evolution to filter messages
and then report new mails. This behaviour would remove mail-
notification's icon blink when message is removed from inbox after being
recognized as spam.
If there is no way to detect evolution's filtering in progress, mail-
notification could just wait for few seconds before reporting new
message.
