and we concluded that this is fixed.

Andre, it isn't necessarily a problem with translation. When I say
pt_BR locale, I mean the actual /usr/share/i18n/locales/pt_BR (look at
LC_MESSAGES section). However, if that is correct, it's probably an
issue with how the question is asked in update-manager (i.e. it's not
really using

This doesn't sound like a problem in Launchpad. It's either a problem
with the software (update-manager, I assume) or in the pt_BR locale.
