I booted a Live CD and split my swap partition into two, leading to the old UUID being invalid. Doing this makes boot hang at resume: libgrypt x.x.x forever. Some googling lead me here, but I could not find the file /usr/share /initramfs-tools/hooks/resume, and could not try the solution
