This bug only affects error logging (unfortunately I don't remember what
log file reported the problem), but should be extremely easy to fix.
The comment in /etc/php5/conf.d/mcrypt.ini is:
- # configuration for php MCrypt
Certain cron jobs will also report this. I see it when my Drupal6 cron
job runs.
