Public bug reported: Binary package hint: audacious
When the option is selected to remove the menu from the GTK interface (Ubuntu 10.04) the interface lacks any control to reverse that selection, and the interface no longer includes the shuffle and repeat mode indicators; shuffle and repeat can be toggled with the hotkeys, but there is no indication as to which mode is active. it would be useful to have a right-click pop-up menu display of the files options happen on the bottom status bar or have a 'more' indicator of some sort on the play/stop control panel that will expand to a popup of the hidden controls, and perhaps the repeat/shuffle modes could be indicated in the status lin between the MP3 info and the track number ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: audacious 2.4.0-0ubuntu3 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-22.34-generic 2.6.35.4 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-22-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Mon Oct 25 15:21:51 2010 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/audacious2 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release i386 (20101007) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: audacious ** Affects: audacious (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 maverick -- audacious-gtk interface is incomplete https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/666471 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
