Public bug reported:

Before dist-upgrading from Dapper to Edgy, xserver-xorg-driver-v4l was
installed.
After dist-upgrading, it is still installed.
It should have been replaced with xserver-xorg-video-v4l which is the new name
for the package.

This causes the v4l module to fail to load into Xorg:

(II) LoadModule: "v4l"
(II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/v4l_drv.so
(II) Module v4l: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
    compiled for 7.0.0, module version = 0.0.1
ABI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 0.8
(EE) module ABI major version (0) doesn't match the server's version (1)
(II) UnloadModule: "v4l"
(II) Unloading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/v4l_drv.so
(EE) Failed to load module "v4l" (module requirement mismatch, 0)

/var/log/dist-upgrade/* don't mention either package.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
