Binary package hint: midori
When adding an entry to speed dial, at the completion, a very thin tab
opens (no close button, maybe 1/25 the thickness of a regular tab) with
the page that was just added to speed dial.
Closing the speed dial tab will also close the very thin tab, but it
will stay open otherwise and does not respond to middle clicking to
close.
