Thanks a lot for reporting this, however since Banshee is due to be
dropped from the default installation, this bug no longer constitutes a
papercut.

I've experienced it with 'Totem' plus, even in fullscreen if I move the cursor
the bars from top and bottom will move inside then outside, after moving
outside it leaves blank shadows and it doesn't clear until un-fullscreen the
