should be filed upstream in the KDE bug tracker if it hasn't already.

Correct, the Adept handbook is obsolete and no longer maintained by the
Ubuntu Documentation Project.

Adept Manager Handbook.
Tell you what, I will get in touch with Peter, when he comes online, and
look into this further, as it stands, it does look like Adept doesn't
have any documentation. I am going to check KDE SVN, if I don't see
anything, I will make this a priority.
