Fixed a bug in MKISOFS, when it shows decimals with a comman instead of a dot
Defines the VIDEO_FORMAT environment
It seems dvdauthor does not know if it must choose PAL or NTSC. If the
environment variable VIDEO_FORMAT to PAL or NTSC then there is no problem.
If DeVeDe sets this variable according to the chosen format in the UI, before
calling dvdauthor, the problem is solved, IMHO.

This also affects Version 3.16.9-0ubuntu3 in Ubuntu 11.04.
However, this Problem only occurs when I deactivate creating menus.
When I leave it default (create menus) everything works fine.

My excuses, it seems the devede.debug excerpt posted above was
incomplete. I have attached the full devede.debug file. The last step
before the error message is printed is the creation of the dvd structure
by calling DVDAuthor.
