Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info
In ubuntu 10.04 lucid, APN setting for Turkcell 3g (called VINN in Turkey)
should not be 'internet' by default.
It should be 'mgb'.
I had to change it manually in Edit Connections->Mobile Broadband->APN
