Works for me as well as of my update upgrade this morning (note the
change from /usr/lib/openoffice to /usr/lib/libreoffice, but the file
now exists and registers):
Setting up libreoffice-evolution (1:3.3.0~rc4-1ubuntu1) ...
file:///usr/lib/libreoffice/basis3.3/program/libevoablx.so
register
Note to devs: the marked duplicates of this bug contain several more

Sorry for back to back posts - I also noticed that libevoablx.so does
not exist:
root@calculator:/usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.2/program# ls libev*
libevtatt.so
I did a quick search and found the file:
root@calculator:/usr/lib/openoffice# find ./ -name 'libev*'
./basis3.2/program/libevtatt.so
I just checked my /usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.2/registered-components
folder. There is a broken link to ../program/libevoabli.so, so your
libevoablx.so in registered-components ist probably a broken link, too.
