Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-core
With today's update of xserver-xorg-core (and keyboard-configuration & console-setup), the right "Alt-Gr" modifier won't work anymore. I need this key to type an "at" symbol. Pressing alt-gr and q on the keyboard only results in a "q" instead of an "at" sign (which I cannot type here, grrrr). $ dpkg -l console-setup keyboard-configuration xserver-xorg-core Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold | Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend |/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad) ||/ Name Version Description +++-=====================-=====================-========================================================== ii console-setup 1.57ubuntu2 console font and keymap setup program ii keyboard-configuratio 1.57ubuntu2 system-wide keyboard preferences ii xserver-xorg-core 2:1.9.0.902-1ubuntu2 Xorg X server - core server $ uname -a Linux gilgamesch 2.6.37-12-generic #26-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jan 5 18:35:17 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux $ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu natty (development branch) Release: 11.04 ** Affects: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/698265 Title: alt-gr not working anymore -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
