ubuntustudio-controls is in deed outdated. Since the introduction of /etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf we no longer need to add that file. As for firewire, /lib/udev/rules.d/60-ffado.rules is installed by default with the standard Ubuntu installation, so we no longer need to add that either.
