I turned the quiet and splash kernel parameters off;
I have a USB keyboard and mouse, when I attempt to boot I get;
No PS/2 Controller found. Probing ports directly.
If I plug a PS/2 keyboard in I get;
Controller doesn' have AUX irq; using default 12
I can however boot this kernel if I disable USB entirely from the BIOS.
This is not an option I have a USB printer, keyboard, DVD, floppy,
camera and external hard disk.
