You're right but how can I change this configuration, assuming the
fact that upgrade tool always redownloads the installer from
Ubuntu's web site??? (I believe this installer is hardcoded to retrive
files from archive.ubuntu.com...)

I think it's a bug in update-manager, but I don't have an hppa machine,
so I can't confirm it.
