Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 beta (amd64) and Rhythmbox 2.90.1~20110802-0ubuntu2. I
have the same problem.
Rhythmbox can't load some plugins. For example Lyrics.
I tried to reinstall the Rhythmbox and the plugins, but the promlem stayed.
In terminal:
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gobject/consta
Well, I tried the solution described in
http://community.livejournal.com/ubuntu_users/411194.html?thread=2896442#t2896442,
but I can't seem to find local installations using the method described
there. This bug happened to me in 10.04, I think even before that, I
just forgot to report it back then.
thank you for your bug report, "ImportError: ./gettext.so: ELF file OS
ABI invalid" seems a local installation or a corrupted installation
issue, not an ubuntu bug though
