Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

If I login to the unity desktop with compiz and open tomboy, tomboy
opens in search mode (good). If I then open one of my notes (the one I
tested has 28 lines of text) and move the note up such that the title
bar is near the unity panel, then I cannot click within the first few
lines of the note to move the cursor to different line within the note.
If I click inside the note below approximately one third of the height
of the desktop away from the panel, the cursor is moved. The more I move
the title bar of the note away from the unity panel, the more the note
is accessible to mouse clicks. If I move the title bar below
approximately one third of the height of the desktop away from the
panel, I can click anywhere in the note.

This could possibly be related to bug #705024 which I reported before,
but I'm not sure, so I created a new bug.
