that is not an Ubuntu bug, marking rejected, files have an encoding, if
you have files which are not UTF-8 the best is to rename them.

Yes i have download them with on one Ubuntu station under gnome with azureus
and aMule and strangely i have not this problem with my olds files download on
an xp station. The problem is that i can't index the file with strange
caractere and i can't copy them on my usb disk .

When i open the file it's ok but when i want copy them of another usb
device the system tell that the file doesnt exist.

Can i post to you a screen copy
In Nautilus, the name of file the appear with a losange an one
interrogation point. The filesystem concerned is all of my PC /home /
and mu device usb

thank you for your bug. The description is not really clear though. Do
those file come from a window partition? Is the filename which is not
correctly displayed? What happens when you try to open one? What is
wrong about it?
