Thanks for this report. According to KDE developer George Staikos this cipher is volountarily disabled due to security reasons. (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135519). So I don't think that it could fixed in Kubuntu. Feel free to report any other problems. ** Changed in: kdelibs (Ubuntu)
