Did some testing and found out that this bug still occurs with current
Quantal kernel but is fixed in the v3.6-rc3-quantal of mainline PPA.
Further testing of the mainline kernels showed that first working
version is v3.6-rc1-quantal.

Thanks, This fixed the high-cpu-usage-after-suspend problem, but I have another
problem with Asus F5SL.
When I open my laptop after suspend, the monitor blinking. I can not do
anything and must shutdown.
Anyone have a solution?

Try adding the attached script to /etc/pm/sleep.d folder. Check that the
device number (:00:02.5) in the script is the same as in
/sys/bus/pci/drivers/pata_sis/ (if it's different, change both numbers
in the script to the one you see in the folder).
This fixed the high-cpu-usage-after-suspend
I've waited for the solution for 3 years! and I can't use ubuntu
regularly because of the issue. so my patience run out nearly. İf you
can fix the trouble in the next version, I'll be delighted. İf you don't
