Title:
Sorry, but I enabled apport and apport said me, it can't process and the output
was the last error message like posted above.
But from now on apport doesn't alert something, but I am sure I enabled it like
Sebastien's comment said.
Can it be, that you don't understand me? ^^
Sorry, english
I could reproduce it.
I started Evolution, clicked on Calendar and then continously pressed the Next
week button and then I clicked on the Today button. Evolution was frozen and
it began to blur then it closed, apport opened.
Then I got some messages from apport, see the first_apport.png then
I see, thanks for clarifying.
English isn't my native language either, so don't worry about it.
This is going to need a fair amount more testing and searching to debug
though; need to figure out why clicking Today leads to a double-free,
and under which circumstances.
Please however, don't
oh xD.. I'm new here so I didn't know what was that directly. I thought I can
assign to me, because I reported this bug.
Ok, but what does it mean Status = Triaged.. I dunno what triaged means.
What is your native language? German (this is mine)?

You received this bug notification because
No, it's French.
Triaged means there would be enough information for a developer to work
on the bug. I can't reproduce this on Natty, and there's a fairly clear
trace, so we should be able to find a fix or maybe infer one from code
changes upstream.

You received this bug notification because
Okay, thanks for helping. I'm from Switzerland, your neighbour.
I think Evolution is changing the weeks too slow and if you click
Today too fast after changing the weeks it crashes because it was
changing the week (in the background processing) but I already had
clicked on Today.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. However, your crash report is either missing or challenging to deal
with as a '.crash' file. Please follow these instructions to have apport report
a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the
The .crash file as attachment ;)
Sorry, I forgot this thing.

Michael,
Could you please take that crash file and run it through apport with the
steps provided by Sebastien? It's pretty important, as it will allow the
crash to be extracted from that file and properly processed (retraced)
so we can get all the required information for the bug. Thanks!

Output of apport:
The problem cannot be reported:
The program crashed on an assertion failure, but the message could not
be retrieved. Apport does not support reporting these crashes.

Ok ;)
Then, can you enable apport (see Sebastien's comment again), and try to
reproduce the issue to see if that way you can report the crash with
apport? Thanks in advance/.
