Public bug reported:

in /etc/rc2.d , kdm (S13kdm) starts before nividia-kernel (S20nvidia-kernel).
With an automatic log in in kde (is it relevant ?), it produces weird things :
when I click where text could be written (firefox address bar, oowriter,
etc...), it prints an undiscountinued series of zeros, as if I was holding the
zero key. Or the "mouse over" selection of an item in the menus is "blinking",
so when I click one item, it activates another.

If I just restart kdm (or switch to a tty and then back to X session)
this problem disappear (but come back at next boot).

I find a workaround : move S13kdm to S40kdm (or any number greater than
the 20 for nvidia-kernel I guess) and I've never seen this problem
since.

Am I the only one to have seen this problem and could someone produce a
proper fix ?
