I don`t have *dbgsym packages in repository. I follow this instructions:

If there is no -dbg package:
Create an /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ddebs.list by running the
following line at a terminal:
echo deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com $(lsb_release
I have attempted to reproduce this issue using a fresh install of Ubuntu
11.04, updated as of 2011-05-26, and was not able to.

I have Radeon HD 5430 and also get affected by this issue.
For my case, Woobly effect still works.
When enabling the desktop cube, rotate cube, or 3D window; my screen
will be flickered first followed by disabled Window Decoration.
After the decoration is enabled back, the window is not movable
Yestrday I install Ubuntu 11.04 and I have still this problem!
When i enabled Desktop Cube, Rotate cube and Wobbly Windows plugins in
CompizConfig manager, then is impossible to move any opened window on desktop!
When I replace compiz-decorator with compiz --replace then screen is
flickering,
1.) boot
2.a) have a look at the new launchbar (just moving the mouse - no clicking so
far)
2.b) get crash-message from compiz (first) and unity
really don't know if I did sth. wrong, sorry

I install again ubuntu alpha 3 and enable compiz plugins,
this action do not generating any BUG only opened nautilus window can not move
on desktop.
I use gnome desktop not unity!
When I replacecompiz-decorator withcompiz --replace
then screen is flickering!

Yes! And on old computer AMD Atholon 2100+ also have Gigybyte
motherboard, graphic card ATI Radeon 8500 the same problem.
