Could you try with the package in my PPA :
https://launchpad.net/~gilir/+archive/unstable
I'll be interesting to see if it's working for Firefox, Chromium (with the
rename), and Epiphany / Midori. Thanks :)

Ok thank you for testing :)
To summarize, when gecko-mediaplayer is build with xulrunner 2.0, it's
working only on firefox and chromium. For browsers using system webkit
such as midori and epiphany, it doesn't work. When it's build with
xulrunner 1.9.2, it's working in firefox, chromium, and all
I noticed some points :
This package is working with firefox 4 b12 on natty
it's not working with applications based on webkitgtk as midori or epiphany
(Missing plugin)
but if you compile yourself gecko-mediaplayer 1.0 it's working on webkitgtk

** Description changed:
Binary package hint: gecko-mediaplayer
When it's build with xulrunner-dev 2.0, the plugin doesn't load. But
- build with 1.9.3, it's working.
+ build with 1.9.2, it's working.
