Merge editor horizontal scrollbar not working

I'm seeing the same behavior and it's very annoying. I saw this already
on 18.04 and hoped it would be gone in 20.04 but it's still there
(complete new Ubuntu installation).

The kdiff3 horizontal scrollbar is failing on Ubuntu 20.04. When the
user moves the horizontal scrollbar the two panes are not refreshed with
the new currently out of screen contents (only the existing contents are
shown and scrolled through). What should be the new contents is shown as
white

Actually I take that back, the separate scroll bars aren't there yet.

This isn't fixed in Hardy when you have word wrapping enabled. If word
wrapping isn't enabled that is fine, but I just tested it and it wasn't
working. Another thing I noticed, is after it has the window open and
you are looking at the diffs, to get the word wrapping to work, you have
to widen the

I cannot reproduce this in Hardy currently as I was able to scroll a
long line that was diff'd between kde4libs in Debian and Kubuntu. Is
this still an issue?
