Public bug reported: Binary package hint: unity
The ability to maximize windows by double-clicking on the title bar and unmaximizing it again later using the same action is quite useful. However, double-clicking on the panel in the case of a maximized window only works in the right half (roughly) of the panel. In the other empty panel area (i.e. next to the global menu up to half of the panel), double-clicking doesn't have any effect. >From my point of view, making the behavior consistent would be desirable.
