I tested F-Spot (GTK#), Totem (GTK), Firefox (XUL), Chromium (GTK?),
gnome-terminal (GTK), Dragon Player (QT) and Banshee (GTK#) on Ubuntu
11.04.
Only Banshee has a resize handle in fullscreen mode, the other
applications don't.
