Binary package hint: transcriber

(Observed in version 1.5.1 on Karmick, but apparently that's the same
version as in Maverick)

Trying to export a file to "LBL" format (whatever that is), I get the
following error and no output-file is produced:

$ transcriber -export lbl v_00330.trs
