package watershed 5 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed
I just tried it with the beta 2 amd64 iso with persistent storage and
installing lvm2 + watershed worked.
I used the same usb stick and the same method to create it (usb-creator-gtk)
perhaps the other two tries where somehow corrupted.

Perhaps the message from the Bug Bot is poorly worded however in the log
file all we have is the following to go on:
update-initramfs: deferring update (trigger activated)
lzma: Encoder error: -2147467259
dpkg: error processing watershed (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation
removing duplicate status, this is no problem of a too vague error message.
It is an error which prevents installation. It still occurs in Mar15 live cd.
